Zakeed D. Foster, 33, of the 800 block of North Butrick Street, Waukegan, was arrested Jan. 13 on a two-count arrest warrant, police said Friday.
He was being held Friday night at the Lake County Jail on a $500,000 bond. Foster has previously been arrested eight times on robbery and weapons charges, police said.
“The officers did a great job in investigating this crime and taking Mr. Foster into custody without incident,” Police Chief Daniel Greathouse stated.
